‘Exercise is medicine created by movement’ by engaging with inactive people, correct mentoring combined with sport and physical activities, children, teenagers, and adults from all walks of life and backgrounds can overcome issues related to themselves by self-empowerment with positive futures.

Charlotte has engaged and worked in partnership with highly professional qualified teams in all aspects of the sports industry including world title boxers, mixed martial artists, close protection, self-defence, and self-protection instructors. The PFA, professional football teams, players and organizations. The Rugby league, clubs, and players. Dance. Yoga and gymnastic Instructors. Professional cricketers, athletes, racket Sports tennis and table tennis to which Charlotte is the UK ITTF table tennis promoter and trains teams to qualify for the annual ITTF international championships which this year takes place in Germany.

Charlotte Maria have been working with Parkinson’s, MS, Cerebral Palsy, Dementia, Autism and other neurological conditions successfully with medical ground breaking results with case studies tested and resulted with patients been referred from diagnosis from their neurologists and consultants. Charlotte has retired GPs, consultants, neurologists and an ex-president of a country attending her personally for rehabilitation sessions with presented neurological conditions. The Applied Sport and Exercise Science Research Team at the University of East London are working closely with Charlotte Maria, Mind2Muscle Charity and PDKinetics to help provide more scientific understanding and research design to underpin the rehabilitation and interventions she provides. 

With the much-needed addition of new resources to Charlotte’s recently developed facility in Blackburn, she hopes to further expand this partnership to develop a full research profile to support the continued excellent delivery, whilst ensuring innovation and improved service provision to enhance the care and life changing work Charlotte is already undertaking allowing a dovetailing of knowledge of research with Charlotte’s Marias extensive experience in sports rehabilitation and intervention approaches, enabling collection of live data during interventions with neurological patients, further aiding in the development and improvement of the ongoing service delivery.

With a national exercise framework achieved by Charlotte since her mother’s death at Blackburn hospital on New Year’s Eve 2016 alongside her writing her own sports qualifications, including the only Rehabilitation degree level qualification in Europe to train clinical practitioners, the main focus is to achieve specialist rehabilitation and neurological centres across the UK with inhouse family education on how to provide care for the patient and specialist facilities including accommodating rest bite and overnight accommodation with highly trained practitioners, nurses, neurologists and with its own University of East London research lab and CRI Sports education centre which retains the intellectual property. Along with the specific rehabilitation facilities the goal is to retain the ‘Centre of Excellence’ status achieved whilst also achieving sports facilities covering many sports alongside Mind2Muscles gym chain across Europe.
